Thank you for purchasing from Halcyon Beach LLC (“Halcyon Beach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to understand what you are purchasing and what to expect if you experience a problem with your order.
This Refund & Digital Product Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Halcyon Beach website.
Digital Products
Because our downloadable digital products provide access to digital content shortly after purchase, all sales of downloadable digital products are generally final once access to the product has been provided.
We do not ordinarily offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations because you changed your mind, decided not to use the product, purchased the wrong digital product, or no longer need the product after access has been provided.
This policy applies to downloadable products such as digital guides, workbooks, printables, planners, ebooks, templates, and similar downloadable resources unless a particular product listing expressly states otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Digital Product Delivery
Downloadable products are delivered electronically using the email address provided during checkout.
After completing an eligible digital-product purchase, you may receive access to your download through the order-confirmation page and through an email containing your download link.
Download links may expire for security or technical reasons. An expired download link does not mean that you have lost your right to the product you purchased. Where supported by our delivery platform, attempting to access an expired link may generate a new download link.
If you have difficulty accessing a product you purchased, please contact us at [Business Email Address] with your name, the email address used for your purchase, and your order information so that we can assist you.
Technical Problems or Defective Files
We want you to receive the product you paid for.
If:
You do not receive access to your purchased digital product,
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened,
You receive the wrong file,

There is another legitimate problem with the product as delivered,
please contact us.
Whenever reasonably possible, our first step will be to correct the problem by providing technical assistance, restoring access, replacing the file, or providing another appropriate solution.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or were charged an incorrect amount, please contact us promptly with your order information.

This policy should therefore not be interpreted to mean that every future Halcyon Beach product will necessarily be non-refundable.

When Halcyon Beach approves a refund for an order processed through our website, the refund will generally be issued through the original payment method.
The amount of time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Personal-Use License
Purchasing a downloadable Halcyon Beach product gives the purchaser a limited license to use the product for personal use unless different licensing terms are expressly provided.
A refund, when issued, does not grant permission to continue distributing, reproducing, selling, or otherwise using Halcyon Beach intellectual property in a manner inconsistent with our Terms & Conditions or Copyright & Permissions Policy.

We may update this Refund & Digital Product Policy as our products, services, or business practices change.
When we update this policy, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
The policy applicable to a purchase will be subject to applicable law and the terms presented in connection with that purchase.
